Since March 2020, I have been focused on growing the U-M CEE brand as a U.S. News and World Report's Top 10 Ranked Engineering Program in the United States.
• Produced & edited a community-focused podcast engaging members of the engineering community including staff, faculty, and students from a wide variety of backgrounds.
● Fashioned college-rankings marketing strategy involving social media campaigns, featuring graphics and marketing materials, resulting in an average 278% increase in engagement across all social media platforms.
● Developed social media metric collection systems to compile information from Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram campaigns, visually displaying trends and impression metrics for easy access and analysis.
● Operated across department teams to update and refresh website elements proactively, keeping information up to date for 90+ faculty and staff.

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM)

As I always like to say, UWM is the largest company you've never heard of (unless you are in the industry). Tucked away on the outskirts of Metro Detroit sits one of the fastest-growing companies and largest mortgage lenders in the country. During my time there I got to meet and work with many key players in the mortgage industry and explore how a large company functions close up. My time there was unique since I got to work on projects within our four distinct brands to serve each audience: UWM Life, FindAMortgageBroker.com, UWM, BeAMortgageBroker.com.
• Cultivated growth marketing strategy for senior leadership utilizing TikTok and Snapchat projecting a 145% increase in existing channel KPIs
• Analyzed broker focus group data, recommended new strategic vision, and presented data-driven insights to Chief Marketing Officer
• Managed video content projects for UWM social channels resulting in six newly identified avenues of growth
• Created full marketing and sales playbook which included buyer journey and personas for significant re-alignment with existing go-to-market strategy.

Entrepreneurship has been a cornerstone of my family for generations. After my freshman year of college, I moved to start my own house painting branch with the organization Young Entrepreneurs Across America to learn hands-on management and leadership skills. I was responsible for each aspect of the business from recruiting enthusiastic painters to producing a meaningful final product. This opportunity kicked off my interest in entrepreneurship and helped me lay a foundation for a business acumen that I still strive to utilize today.
